પ્રતિકારસંગ્રામમાં આરંભથી અંત સુધી ભોમભીતર રહીને asa
રહેલા એક સેનાનીએ આ કથાનું આલેખન કર્યું છે તેથી તેમાં ઘણી
મહત્ત્વની સામગ્રી અભ્યાસીને અવશ્ય મળે છે. આજ સુધી પ્રકાશમાં નહીં
આવેલી એવી ઘણી સામગ્રી આ પ્રકાશનમાં છે. આરંભથી અંત સુધી
ગુજરાતે પ્રતિકારનો ઝંડો અણનમ રાખ્યો હતો તે હકીકત એકેએક
ગુજરાતી ગૌરવ લઈ શકે તેવી છે.
સતત જાગૃતિ અને સતત સંઘર્ષ એ જ સ્વતંત્રતાની રક્ષાની
અસરકારક બાંયધરી છે. એટલે સ્વતંત્રતા ભયમાં મૂકનારાં પરિબળોને
જ્યાં સુધી સંપૂર્ણપણે નાબૂદ કરવામાં ન આવે ત્યાં સુધી સ્વાતંત્ર્યસંગ્રામ
વણથંભ્યો ચાલતો રહે છે. ક્યારેક એમાં મેદાની યુદ્ધો ચાલશે અને
વચ્ચેના કાળમાં લોકશિક્ષણની પ્રવૃત્તિ ચાલશે. એને માટે સ્વાતંત્ર્ય
સંગ્રામની આ કથાના વિવિધ અધ્યાયોનું પારાયણ આપણે કરતા રહીએ.
