રહેતો. વડનગરના ડૉ. વસંત પરીખની નાનકડી દીકરી આશાએ પોતાની કાલીઘેલી
ભાષામાં એક ચબરકીમાં, “દાદાજી, મારા પપ્પાને કેમ લઈ ગયા છે ? પપ્પાને છોડાવો

નક્કી થયું. આવશ્યક માહિતી સાથે આવેદનપત્ર તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યું. તેમની

પક્ષોના એકીકરણ સિવાય લોકશાહીપ્રેમી સૌ નાનીમોટી સંસ્થાઓ અને વ્યક્તિઓને
એક સૂત્રમાં લાવવા માટે પણ સફળ પ્રયત્નો થયા. સ્થાન-સ્થાન પરની જેલોમાં બેઠેલ
