હતો. ન્યાયમૂર્તિ શ્રી શેઠે સરકારના મનસ્વી પગલાને કોર્ટમાં પડકાર્યું. આ કાનૂની
લડાઈ માટે શ્રી rad આગળ આવ્યા હતા.

વ્યક્તિગત રીતે પણ જસ્ટિસ શેઠ ન્યાયતંત્રની સ્વતંત્રતા માટે ગમે તે ભોગે
લડી લેવાના મૂડમાં હતા. ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટ બાર એસોસિયેશન તરફથી યોજાયેલા
વિદ્યાયસમારંભમાં તેમણે સ્પષ્ટ કહ્યું કે મારી બદલી ગમે ત્યાં કરવામાં આવે, કદાચ
ન્યાયમૂર્તિની જવાબદારીમાંથી ફારેગ કરવામાં આવે, તો પણ હું અંત સુધી ન્યાયતંત્રને
ગુલામ બનતું અટકાવવા માટે પ્રયત્નશીલ રહીશ.
