મોટી સભાઓ પર તો સરકારી અંકુશ હતા, પરંતુ નાના
સ્વરૂપનાં સંમેલનો પર પ્રતિબંધ ન હોઈ તેનો વધુમાં વધુ
ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવ્યો. આ ગ્રૂપ બેઠકોએ નવી ચેતનાનો
સંચાર કર્યો.
સરકારના પતન પછી તરત જ રાજકોટના પ્રસિદ્ધ કોનોટ
હૉલમાં શ્રી કેશુભાઈ પટેલના નેતૃત્વમાં મોરચાના કાર્યકરોનું
