પાછળથી ૧૩મી મેએ શ્રી જયપ્રકાશજીએ સંઘર્ષ સમિતિની પુનર્રચનાની જાહેરાત
કરી... તે પ્રમાણે “લોકસંઘર્ષ સમિતિ'ના ચેરમેન તરીકે શ્રી એસ. એમ. જોશી અને
ત્રણ મંત્રીઓ તરીકે શ્રી દત્તોપંતજી ઠેંગડી, શ્રી દિગ્વિજય નારાયણસિંગ અને શ્રી
લોકનાથ જોશીને કામ સોંપવામાં આવ્યું. સંઘર્ષના અંત સુધી આ સૌએ લોકસંઘર્ષ
