આ અંગે દરેક જિલ્લાના પસંદ કરેલા વીસ-પચ્ચીસ કાર્યકર્તાઓના આખા
દિવસના શિક્ષણવર્ગો ગોઠવવામાં આવ્યા. ગુજરાતમાં બધી જ સ્વતંત્રતાઓ હોવા
છતાં સંઘ એક પ્રતિબંધિત સંસ્થા હોઈ આ રીતે મળવામાં પણ કાળજી રાખવી પડતી
