૧૬૭ કાર્યકર્તાઓને ડી.આઈ.આર. હેઠળ પકડવામાં આવ્યા હતા, જે પૈકી ૧૪૧
કાર્યકરો સંઘના હતા.
અન્ય સંસ્થાઓમાં મુખ્યત્વે આનંદમાર્ગ, પ્રાઉટિસ્ટ બ્લૉક અને wud
ઇસ્લામીનો સમાવેશ થતો હતો. આનંદમાર્ગના કાર્યકરો ખાસ કરીને હિંમતનગર,
સુરત, ભુજ અને અમદાવાદના હતા; જ્યારે જમાતે ઇસ્લામીના કાર્યકરો અમદાવાદ,

દેશમુખ, પ્રાંત-કાર્યવાહ શ્રી રતિભાઈ શાહ, નગરસંઘચાલક ડૉ. આર. કે. શાહ, પ્રાંત
વ્યવસ્થા-પ્રમુખ શ્રી બચુભાઈ ભગત, રાજકોટમાંથી પ્રાંત-સંઘચાલક ડૉ. પી.વી. દોશી,
પ્રાંત શારીરિક પ્રમુખ શ્રી પ્રવીણભાઈ મણિયાર, વિભાગ-કાર્યવાહ શ્રી યશવંતભાઈ
ભટ્ટ, સુરતથી વિભાગ-કાર્યવાહ શ્રી ચંપકભાઈ સુખડિયા, વડોદરાથી વિભાગ
સંઘચાલક શ્રી બાબુભાઈ ઓઝા, જિલ્લા-કાર્યવાહ શ્રી શરદભાઈ ભોસેકર ઉપરાંત
બીજા અનેક સ્વયંસેવકોની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી હતી.
કેટલાંક સ્થાનો પર પકડાયેલ કાર્યકરોને સાથે રાખી કાર્યાલયોની ઝડતી
લેવામાં આવી. અગત્યની ફાઇલો વગેરે સરકારે તપાસ માટે કોર્ટમાં રજૂ પણ કરી.
