जा रहा है। आनेवाला चुनाव सामान्य नहीं होगा, अत: चुनावों की घोषणा होने के
बाद कार्य प्रारंभ हो और अंतिम समय में अत्युत्साह का माहौल खड़ा कर दे, ऐसी
सोच सही नहीं है। चुनाव आ रहे हैं, यह मानकर ही काम करना होगा। चुनाव का
अर्थ है जनमत-प्रदर्शन | जनता को प्रशिक्षित करना आवश्यक है। अत: समय रहते
