गए थे। जब कि, भूमिगत नेताओं के लिए सारा प्रबंध संघ के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा
किया गया था।
दो दिन तक चली इस बैठक में कई ठोस निर्णय लिये गए। ५ जनवरी,
१९७६ से प्रारंभ हो रहे संसद् के सत्र के दौरान सभी विपक्षी जनता मोरचा ब्लॉक '
के रूप में एक साथ अलग बैठेंगे, यह निर्णय भी इन्हीं निर्णयों में से एक था। साथ-
ही-साथ सदन में विपक्षी दलों की भूमिका को किस प्रकार से प्रभावशाली बनाया
जाए, इस बारे में भी इस बैठक में व्यूह-रचना की गई।
बैठक की समाप्ति पर उसमें सम्मिलित हुए श्री एन.जी. गोरे द्वारा इन
निर्णयों की जानकारी पत्रकारों को दी गई। इस पत्रकार परिषद् में भूमिगत नेता श्री
कर्पूरी ठाकुर ने भी साहस का परिचय देते हुए उपस्थित रहकर सभी को आश्चर्यचकित
कर दिया था। श्री गोरे ने अपने निवेदन में कहा कि गुजरात में 'जनता मोरचा' की
