हुए। गुजरात के करीब पंद्रह शहरों में सत्यनारायण पूजा के कार्यक्रम भी हुए। इन
कार्यक्रमों में श्री जे.पी. एवं श्री देवरसजी की तसवीरों के सम्मुख जनता द्वारा
संकल्प लिया गया कि--

दीर्घायु: प्राप्त्यर्थम्, संपूर्ण विश्वस्य समुत्कर्षसिद्धयर्थ श्री सत्यनारायण पूजन करिष्ये।'
इन कार्यक्रमों में करीब पंद्रह हजार नागरिक सम्मिलित हुए। सिद्धपुर,
नडियाद इत्यादि स्थानों पर महारुद्र यज्ञ भी आयोजित किए गए। इसके अलावा
गुजरात के हर गाँव में सार्वजनिक प्रार्थना-सभाएँ हुईं। संघ को प्राप्त जन सहयोग
की व्यापकता का इससे बड़ा प्रमाण और कया हो सकता है !
श्री देवरसजी को उनकी जन्मतिथि के उपलक्ष्य में गुजरात के सात हजार
नागरिकों ने पत्रों के माध्यम से भी अपनी शुभेच्छाएँ प्रेषित कीं। इस अवसर पर
गुजरात में लोकतंत्र के लिए चल रहे संघर्ष व संघ की भूमिका के बारे में वस्तुस्थिति
स्पष्ट करने के उद्देश्य से व्यापक जन-संपर्क कार्यक्रम भी किया गया। इसमें संघ
के स्वयंसेवकों ने गुजरात के करीब चालीस हजार नागरिकों से व्यक्तिगत तौर पर
संपर्क कर उन्हें वास्तविकता से परिचित करवाया।
