जनसंघ के कार्यालय मंत्री श्री बचुभाई ठाकुर की सहायता से हमने इन
पुस्तिकाओं को छपवाने का कार्य संपन्न किया। उन दिनों मोरचा सरकार होने के
बावजूद भूगर्भ साहित्य की तलाश में प्रिंटिंग प्रेसों पप आएदिन छापे पड़ते ही
रहते थे। इस स्थिति में भी गुजरात के कुछ प्रेस किसी भी आपत्ति को झेल लेने
की हिम्मत के साथ इन पुस्तिकाओं की हजारों प्रतियों को छापने के लिए तैयार
हो गए।
पुस्तिकाएँ तो छप गईं, किंतु इतनी सारी प्रतियों को दिल्ली तक पहुँचाना
एक और कठिन काम था। इस समस्या से भी निपटा गया--संघ के साहसिक एवं
चपल कार्यकर्ताओं में से कुछ को ट्रेन द्वारा दिल्ली भेजा गया। इन कार्यकर्ताओं के
सामान के बीच छिपाकर पुस्तिकाओं को भी दिल्ली पहुँचा दिया गया। इन पुस्तिकाओं
का उपयोग कॉमनवेल्थ कॉन्फ्रेंस के अलावा चंडीगढ़ में आयोजित हो रहे तत्कालीन
शासक कांग्रेस के अधिवेशन में भी किया जाता था।
पुस्तिकाएँ सकुशल दिल्ली पहुँचाने के बाद कॉन्फ्रेंस में आए हुए प्रतिनिधियों
तक उन्हें पहुँचाना था, जो कि सर्वाधिक कठिन कार्य था। सरकार पूरी तरह सतर्क
थी। इसके अलावा कॉन्फ्रेंस में हिस्सा ले रहे प्रतिनिधियों में बहुतायत शासक
कांग्रेस के ही थे। इस कॉन्फ्रेंस में गुजगात विधानसभा के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में
मोरचा के सहयोगी दल जनसंघ के कच्छ-मांडवी के विधायक श्री सुरेश मेहता को
भेजा गया था। दिल्ली में इस आपातकाल-विरोधी साहित्य के वितरण का कार्य
उन्हें सौंपा गया। उन्होंने हिम्मत से काम लेते हुए अत्यंत सावधानीपूर्वक लोक
संघर्ष समिति द्वारा प्रकाशित सरकार के झूठे प्रचार का पर्दाफाश करनेवाले इस
साहित्य को कॉन्फ्रेंस के सभी प्रतिनिधियों तक पहुँचा दिया। सरकार कुछ समझ
पाए, उससे पहले ही यह काम निपटा दिया गया और सरकार हाथ मलती रह गई।
इस प्रकार गुजरात में गढ़ी गई यह योजना पूरी तरह सफल हुई।
