સમજ આપતું અને તાનાશાહીના ઉદ્દગમસ્થાનની ઘટનાઓ આલેખતું એક વિસ્તૃત
આવેદનપત્ર તૈયાર કર્યું. આ આવેદનપત્ર પણ બધા જ સભ્યોને આપવાનું હતું.
ડૉ. સ્વામીની મુલાકાત
“કેન્દ્રીય લો. સં. WAR તરફથી ડો. સ્વામીને કૉમનવેલ્થના સભ્યોને મળીને
ભારતમાં લોકશાહી પર આવી Wa આફ્તોની માહિતી આપી બીજા દેશોના

વિસ્તૃત અહેવાલ પણ સૌ સભ્યોને આપવાનો હતો. આ કામ ધારાસભ્ય શ્રી અશોક
ભટ્ટ દ્વારા કરવાનું નક્કી થયું.
ડૉ. સ્વામીની મુલાકાતો માટે કામા હોટેલમાં પ્રતિનિધિઓ સાથે જ એક રૂમ
પહેલેથી રાખી લીધી હતી - આથી બધા સાથે તેમનું મળવાનું શક્ય બન્યું. તેમની
સાથે શ્રી વિષ્ણુભાઈ પંડ્યા પણ હતા. અનેક પ્રતિનિધિઓ ડૉ. સ્વામીની હિંમત જોઈ
