अखबारों में इस नोटिस को प्रकाशित करवाकर उन्हें सूचित करने के प्रयत्न सरकार
द्वारा किए गए।
श्री विष्णुभाई के पकड़े जाने के बाद “साधना' का संपादकीय विभाग

पटेल तथा गोविंदराव पर मीसा लगा दिया गया। अंततः 'साधना' भी बंद हो गया,
फिर भी उसने न्यायालय में तो अपना संघर्ष जारी रखा। उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका
दायर की गई। श्री हरिभाई शाह, श्री नरेंद्रभाई ओझा, अधिवक्ता श्री सेठना, श्री
महेंद्र आनंद, श्री हरिश्चंद्र पटेल इत्यादि ने गिरफ्तार हो चुके दरु साहब की कमी
महसूस नहीं होने दी थी। अक्तूबर में 'साधना' का प्रकाशन पुनः आरंभ हो गया;
किंतु इस बार प्रकाशन का जिम्मा नए कार्यकर्ताओं ने सँभाल लिया था। संपादकीय
विभाग श्री वसंतराव चिपव्ठोणकर, प्रबंधन विभाग श्री बिपिनभाई शाह, श्री हरीशभाई
रावल तथा श्री हरीभाई नायक ने सँभाला। ' साधना ' के संघर्ष में आरंभ से अंत तक
प साथ देनेवाले तथा प्रारंभ से ही उससे जुड़े रहे श्री रमणभाई शाह की भूमिका भी
