भाई श्री नरेंद्र,
पत्र मिलने से अनेक कुशंकाएँ दूर हुईं। चिंता थी कि आप सब मित्र भी अंदर तो
नहीं हो गए। आपकी सूचनाएँ पढ़ीं, सब मान्य हैं । यहाँ आने के बाद अखबार प्रारंभ करने
में कुछ बाधाएँ आ रही थीं, अभी नियमित रूप से इसका प्रकाशन होगा। आपके भेजे हुए
पते मिलेंगे। अधिकाधिक प्रतियाँ भेजने का जो अनुरोध आपने किया है, वह भी स्वीकार्य
है।
जितने भी उपयोगी लोग हैं, उनको समाचार-पत्र पहुँचाने का हमाग् प्रयास है।
इसलिए अधिक-से-अधिक पते हमें भेजते रहिएगा, उसमें संकोच मत कीजिएगा। कष्ट
यह है कि गुजरात के बाहर के पते हमें नहीं मिल पा रहे हैं, आप उन्हें भेज सकेंगे ? अपने
सभी साथी जैसे बाबूभाई, ‘dee’, 'फूलछाब' एवं ऐसे ही अन्य लोगों की मदद से
महत्त्वपूर्ण पते मिल पाएँ, जिन्हें हम अपना अखबार भेज सकें।
वहाँ से नियमित न्यूज लेटर हमें नहीं मिल रहा है और पत्रकार बंधुओं द्वारा जो
रिपोर्ट तैयार की जाती है, उसकी एक प्रति यहाँ हमें मिले तो उसको प्रकाशित करने में
सुविधा होगी। हम उस रिपोर्ट को यहाँ के सभी समाचार-प्रों के संपादकों एवं नेताओं के
पास भेज पाएँगे। इसलिए अधिक-से-अधिक पत्रकार हमें समाचार-समीक्षा आदि के
पत्रक भेजें तो अच्छा होगा।
मदद हेतु वहाँ से आने-जानेवाले किसी के माध्यम से अथवा अन्य किसी नियमित
व्यवस्था, जो आप तय करना चाहें, हम उसमें पूरा सहयोग करेंगे। वडोदरा के मित्रों को
भी पत्र लिखने की प्रेरणा देना, ताकि मैं घर के अतिरिक्त उनसे भी सीधा संपर्क कर सकूँ।
अपने सभी मित्रों को संपर्क में रखकर मुझे मार्गदर्शन देते रहिएगा। कई बार ऐसा
लगता है कि भले ही मुझे जेल में जाना पड़े, लेकिन मैं साक्षात् रूप से आपातस्थिति का
परिचय पा सकूँ, इसलिए अपने सभी वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ताओं, अधिकारियों से विचार-विमर्श
करके जानकारी देते रहिएगा।
लंबी लड़ाई के लिए समाचार-पत्र के अतिरिक्त और भी बहुत कुछ करना होगा,
उसके बारे में भी कुछ सोचिए। आकाशंवाणी के माध्यम से विचारों को प्रसारित करने का
