अदालत में पेश कर दिया। शुरू से ही संघर्ष से जुड़े श्री राजेंद्र दबे, कुमारी
मंदाकिनी दवे, हसमुख पटेल और अतुल शाह को डी.आई.आर. के अंतर्गत पकड़
लिया तथा बाद में उनपर मीसा लागू कर दिया गया था। यदा-कदा भूमिगत
कार्यकर्ता भी पुलिस के हाथ पड़ जाते थे। उनसे कई प्रकार की पूछताछ की जाती
और उसके बाद उन्हें जेल भेज दिया जाता था।
इन विकट परिस्थितियों में भी संघ के कार्यकर्ताओं को संघर्ष में टिके
रहने के लिए आवश्यक शक्ति मिलती रहे, इस उद्देश्य से हर तहसील में पंद्रह
से बीस कार्यकर्ताओं की सहभागितावाले दो से चार दिवसीय शिविरों का आयोजन
किया जाता था। इन शिविरों में चुने हुए कार्यकर्ताओं को प्रवेश दिया जाता था।
भूमिगत कार्यकर्ता भी उपस्थित होकर बदले हालातों में संघर्ष को अधिकाधिक
प्रभावी कैसे बनाया जाए, इस बारे में मार्गदर्शन देते रहते थे। इन शिविरों को
आयोजित करने का हमारा तरीका भी निराला था। गुजरात में जहाँ कहीं भी, जिस
किसी भी सेवा संस्था के सेवा-कार्यक्रम चल रहे होते, उन कार्यक्रमों में संघ के
कार्यकर्ता वॉलंटियर्स बनकर शामिल हो जाया करते थे। यहाँ पर ये वॉलंटियर्स
उस संस्था के सेवा कार्य में योगदान देते-देते गुप्त रूप से संघर्ष के बारे में भी
विचार-विमर्श किया करते थे। कम जाने-माने भूमिगत कार्यकर्ता भी इन वॉलंटियर्स
