देश भर में की गई भूमिगत व्यवस्थाओं से वे अति प्रसन्न थे। श्री देशमुखजी से भी
उन्होंने गुजरात के हालातों के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त की। गुजरात सरकार की
बरखास्तगी की संभावनाओं के बारे में पूर्वानुमान करते समय सरकार के जाने के
बाद संघ कितनी ताकत से काम जारी रख पाएगा, इसके बारे में भी उनके साथ
विचार-विमर्श हुआ।
श्री वर्मा अपनी गुजरात यात्रा के दौरान कई अग्रगण्य लोगों से मिले। जनता
