में नारे लिखे गए। संघ के कार्यकर्ताओं ने गुजरात के छोटे-से-छोटे गाँव तक
पहुँचकर आपातकाल के विरोध में नारे लिखे और महत्त्वपूर्ण समाचारों को लिखने

गुजरात में नारे लिखने का यह कार्यक्रम इतने बड़े पैमाने पर हुआ था कि
श्रीमती गांधी के आपातकाल की तरफदारी करनेवाले 'ब्लिट्ज़' साप्ताहिक ने ART
को लेकर गुजरात की मोरचा सरकार के खिलाफ हो-हल्ला मचाने का प्रयत्न
किया। नारों से आवरित दीवारों की तसवीरें भी प्रकाशित कीं। एक ओर कुछ
गुजराती अखबार एवं “करंट ', “न्यू एज', 'लिंक', 'पेट्रियट' जैसे अंग्रेजी अखबार
गुजरात के बारे में शोरगुल मचा रहे थे तो दूसरी ओर गुजरात के कांग्रेसी नेता
जयरामभाई पटेल, जशवंत मेहता, माधवर्सिह सोलंकी इत्यादि भी इस बारे में
चीख-चिल्ला रहे थे।
गुजरात में उन्हीं दिनों प्रचार का एक अनोखा प्रयोग किया गया। संघ के
कार्यकर्ताओं ने गुजरात से अन्य राज्यों में आने-जानेवाली ट्रेन और बसों का प्रचार
माध्यम के रूप में उपयोग किया। इस कार्य के लिए संघ के ही एक कार्यकर्ता श्री
सुरेश निवासकर के नेतृत्व में युवा कार्यकर्ताओं की एक टीम बनाई गई। गुजरात से
महाराष्ट्र की ओर जानेवाली सभी ट्रेनों-बसों, अहमदाबाद से हावड़ा की ओर
जानेवाली ट्रेनों, साबरमती से चलनेवाली वाराणसी एक्सप्रेस, अहमदाबाद से दिल्ली
की ओर जानेवाली ट्रेनों, सौराष्ट्र से दिल्ली के लिए जुड़नेवाले डिब्बों, अहमदाबाद
से उदयपुर-आबू-इंदौर जानेवाली बसों इत्यादि को आपातकाल विरोधी हिंदी व
अंग्रेजी पोस्टरों एवं पत्रिकाओं से इस टीम ने re दिया। ये बचें व ट्रेनें जहाँ-जहाँ
होकर गुजरीं वहाँ-वहाँ अपना प्रभाव छोड़ती गईं।
इस प्रकार के प्रचार में खतरे भी यद्यपि बहुत थे। रेलवे में केंद्र सरकार
द्वारा नियुक्त 'रेलवे सुरक्षा दल' के सशस्त्र सैनिकों की नजरें बचाकर यह कार्य
