प्रथम भूमिगत बैठक
पूर्व निर्धारित योजनानुसार प्रतिबंध लगने के तीसरे दिन ७ जुलाई की रात्रि
को संघ के विभाग प्रचारकों की एक बैठक अहमदाबाद में हुई।

कहा जाता है। इन प्रचारकों का एक वर्ग संपूर्ण भारत में फैला हुआ है। भूमिगत
अवस्था के दौरान प्रचारकों ने जो भूमिका निभाई एवं भूगर्भ प्रवृत्ति को जिस प्रकार
उन्होंने आगे बढ़ाया उससे श्री मोरारजीभाई तक बहुत प्रभावित हुए थे। ऐसे समर्पित
प्रचारकों की गुजरात में यह प्रथम बैठक थी।
