टेलीफोन बज उठे। एक अनपेक्षित घटना घटित हुई थी। इतना कठोर कदम सरकार
उठाएगी, इसकी किसी ने कल्पना तक नहीं की थी। रात भर दिल्ली से फोन पर
संदेश आते रहे--

& मोरारजीभाई को पकड़ लिया गया"
* नानाजी को ढूँढ़ा जा रहा है"
* संघ के कार्यालय को पुलिस ने घेर लिया
